Meet the Executive Medical Spa Staff
Dr. Mike Woo-Ming MD MPH
Medical Director
Dr. Mike has been providing quality care to thousands of patients in the North County San Diego area since 1999. A graduate of the Mayo Clinic Family medicine residency, his interest in bridging the gap between allopathic medicine and integrative medicine, has led to the establishment of Executive Medical Spa. He holds a master’s degree in public health at the University of Michigan, and received his Doctor of Medicine degree at Wayne State University.
He oversees the direction of a number of weight loss and wellness clinics in Southern California, and his writings have been featured in Physician’s Practice and Medical Economics. Dr. Woo-Ming has a strong business acumen and is regularly asked to speak on marketing and business topics for other physician entrepreneurs.
He is married, and the father of two young men, one with special needs. His passion for combining modern medical technologies with traditional natural medical approaches, led to the opening of Executive Medical Spa.
Michele Cowing
Office Manager
Michele Cowing brings over 15 years of expertise in management, planning, and scheduling to the Executive Medical team. Having worked closely with Dr. Mike Woo-Ming since the early days, she has been instrumental in growing the clinic from a small idea into a thriving and respected medical practice.
As the manager of two dynamic medical spas, Michele is passionate about blending medical excellence with a luxurious client experience. She believes that fostering a supportive, collaborative team environment is essential to achieving exceptional results and building long-term client relationships.
When she’s not overseeing daily operations or implementing the latest treatment protocols, Michele prioritizes health and wellness—often found at the gym living the active lifestyle she encourages in others.
Daniela Martin NP
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Daniela is an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. Her goal as an injector and wellness practitioner is to deliver natural beauty enhancements and improve overall wellbeing. She enjoys learning and educating patients about evidence based anti-aging techniques and lifestyle wellness. She is a certified injector and BioTE provider. She has over 4 years of acute care experience as a medical-surgical and telemetry nurse. She obtained her nurse practitioner degree from California State Los Angeles where she graduated with honors. Her two bachelor’s degrees are in Nursing and Public Health. She is fluent in the Spanish language.
Julie Soria FNP-C
Hormone Nurse Practitioner
Julie graduated from Boston University with her Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology, Saddleback College for her Associates in Nursing, Chamberlain University for her Bachelors in Nursing, followed by California State University Long Beach, where she received her Masters of Science in Nursing. Julie has advanced her Family Nurse Practitioner training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), the American Academy for Anth-Aging Medicine (A4M) and BioTE. Julie has a strong foundation in conventional medicine with over a decade of experience in Emergency Medicine and many years of primary and urgent care. She has a passion for full body health through weight loss, hormone balancing and aesthetics.

Arlette is a passionate esthetician and skin care enthusiast dedicated to enhancing natural beauty. Graduating from Paul Mitchell Beauty School, she specializes in facials, advanced skin care techniques, aesthetic artistry, and personalized beauty solutions. She is committed to providing personalized treatments that make you feel confident in your own skin. She believes that your skin is your best friend and that feeling beautiful in your own skin positively impacts your overall well-being and performance in life. Let’s glow together!

Olga is a dedicated Medical Assistant with over 30 years of experience in healthcare and 25 years specializing in weight loss management. As a proud Orange County native and bilingual Spanish speaker, she is passionate about connecting with and supporting a diverse patient community.
Throughout her career, some of her most rewarding experiences have come from helping patients better understand and navigate their weight-loss journey. She takes pride in offering compassionate, personalized care that empowers individuals to take control of their health and achieve lasting results.

Outside of work and school, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, discovering new places, and competitively powerlifting.
